Rachael Bee
Rachael Bee ran some of the seminal black music nights of the early 90s and went on to become a radio and TV journalist/presenter working for the BBC, Kiss FM, Live TV and ITV. In 1999 she launched Impact Ventures, the company behind the MTV Lick Parties, MTV’s Base on the Beach, Base Lounge, Flava Tour for Channel 4, the MOBO Unsigned Tour, MTV's DFC Parties, countless live shows, launch parties and marketing campaigns for Ms Dynamite (Polydor), Big Brovaz (Sony), Lemar (Sony), Beverly Knight (EMI) amongst many. Rachael joined Def Jam Records as Consultant General Manager for its UK launch and went on to manage Ladies First and Aaron Soul. She took over running iluvlive from Jade Richardson (founder and now board member) in 2007, developing the company into a National Portfolio Organisation supported by the Arts Council England and expanding its remit and team. In addition, Rachael managed Izzy Bizu from 2013 - 2021, encompassing a Brit Critics Choice nomination, BBC Introducing Artist of The Year Award and a stadium tour of the US supporting Coldplay. She is now focused on Elevate Music alongside overseeing operations at iluvlive.
Kim Revie
Kim has worked in the music industry for many years, starting out working for major record labels, RCA, A&M, and EMI , she set up an artist management company 20 years ago and has been managing artists and acting as a label consultant ever since, achieving 2 x Brit Awards, 3 x MOBO awards and an Ivor Novello award during that period. Some of the artists Kim has managed and worked with include -Lynden David Hall – EMI Finley Quaye – Sony Jamelia – EMI /Parlaphone Kevin Mark Trail - EMI UB40 /Ali Campbell – Virgin /EMI/Jacaranda Naughty Boy – Label Consultant In addition to the success achieved with artist signings to major labels, Kim set up independent label vehicles for individual artists to release albums outside of the major label system and managed the label process from inception to completion achieving several top ten charting albums in the UK and internationally via the independent label route. Kim is currently the joint MD and founder of Elevate Music Ltd.
